Tar10 is an award-winning range of chutneys, sauces, fruit vinegars and dressings. Hand made in the small village of Gresford in the picturesque Hunter Valley Region of NSW, Tar10 prides itself on using quality produce and local ingredients to create its unique range of gluten and preservative free condiments.

A consummate cook and self-confessed “foodie”, owner Melanie Collingwood-Boots has taken Tar10 from humble beginnings at her local village markets to a brand that’s now sold across Australia and as far as Asia and the Middle East.

As well as their core range that includes favourites like Cheeseboard Chutney and Sticky Figs, Melanie and the Tar10 team also produce seasonal collections, including her much-loved Christmas range of cakes and sauces.

When she’s not developing recipes for exciting new products or in the kitchen with her team you’ll find Melanie spending time with her family, including her six grandchildren and working in her extensive garden.
